What security and backup measures do you have in place?

Our servers are automatically backed up every night. We have a range of security measures in place, have a look here for more information.

What restrictions do you have on your email accounts?

We do not allow users to send spam or anything illegal. Email accounts do not have space limits set on them, but share your total webspace allocation.

What Operating System do your servers use?

All of our servers run Linux.

Can I use .ASP, .NET & MS SQL Server?

Not on our servers! These are Microsoft technologies that work on Microsoft server products. We use open source software on our servers due to its greater security, stability and performance. PHP or JSP are great alternatives to .ASP, and MySQL is a great alternative to MS SQL server.

Will I be able to view my website while my domain is being transferred?

Yes, just log on to your control panel, and you will see an alternate address to view your site.

How can I pay for my hosting account?

You can pay safely using your credit or debit card via PayPal

How long will it take for my web hosting account to be setup?

Most accounts are set up within 24 hours. We will email you when your account is ready.

Do I get an invoice?

Sure, if you want one just let us know.

Can I cancel instantly at any time without giving notice?

Monthly customers can cancel their subscription at any time without reason or penalty. Annual customers have signed up to a 12 month contract, and so we do ask them to honour that.

Can I change my hosting account if my needs change?

Of course. You are free to upgrade or downgrade your account at any time - just let us know so we can make the adjustments.

Are there any extra charges for transferring in domains?

Not from us.
