Uploading via FTP

For this example we use Filezilla, a free FTP client that is available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Download and install the FileZilla software.

Once it is installed, click the Site Manager icon on the toolbar.

Click the New Site button.

Click Save and Exit, and your settings will be saved for next time.

To connect, simply click on the Site Manager icon, select the site you want to connect to and click Connect. You are now ready to upload your files to your web space. Remember to put them in the public_html folder if you want them accessable from the outside world.
